Meditation ~ A Poem by J. Alexander Linsey

I close my eye, sit quiet and still,
And connect myself with the Universal Will.
Today it’s answers to questions I seek,
And strength of heart, for when I am weak.

And while I sit and patiently wait,
I find I start to contemplate.
As I connect with my Higher Power,
The answers flood me like a tropical rain shower.

Chakra Energy

And as I continue still deeper and deeper,
I feel His Power clean through my Chakras.
And still I continue to advance,
Deeper and deeper into this trance.

I find myself in angelic presence,
And see the glory of Universal Essence.
The hues of colour and shimmering light,
Of purest energy ~ so pure, so white.

Angelic healing

The answers and strength I have found,
And so I return back to my ground.
And as my spirit re-enters the room,
I’m filled with peace, like in the womb.
I open my eyes, see the world anew,
There’s nothing now I cannot be or do!
