Total Mind, Spirit and Body Detox

Cleansing your whole beingAre you open to a unique and highly beneficial challenge? Would you like to enter the New Year with feeling fresher, more vibrant than ever before? What you like to get your year off to the best possible start?

Did you answer, “YES!” to each of those questions? Then join in the Total Mind, Spirit and Body Detox!

Most detoxes just focus on clearing out the internal body. They may involve various fad diets or taking so-called “herbal” supplements that claim to clear your system out & help you lose weight.

So here is a detox with a difference. The Total Mind, Spirit and Body Detox is a complete system, designed to leave you feeling fresher and with more focus, power and vibrancy than ever before.

It won’t cost you anything ~ except for a little commitment and determination on your part ~ and if you complete the process, you’ll be sure to notice a big difference in how your year pans out.

So How Does This Detox Work?

This is a 30-day process, designed to cleanse your mind, body and spirit. Here are the key components:

Detox for the mind** Mind ~ This part of the detox is designed to clear your head of negative thoughts, images and self-sabotaging doubts. There are a few requirements to this:

  • Watch NO TV for 31 days ~ Except for personal development/positive videos & programs, like tony Robbins, The Secret, etc.
  • Read NO newspapers, gossip magazines or any other literature that does not have a personal development theme.
  • Listen to NO radio, whatsoever. NO music with destructive beats, negative lyrics, etc. The only music you are to listen during this process is uplifting/positive.
  • Avoid the news in all its forms ~ TV, internet, radio, newspapers, magazines.
  • Avoid places where you will be in negative company, such as down @ the pub.

Spiritual detox** Spirit ~ This part of the process is designed to cleanse your spirit, which will, in turn, support your Mind Detox. Here is what you need to do to successfully complete your Spirit Detox:

  • Choose one day ~ any day ~ within the 31-day period where you will spend the whole day in total silence and reflection. During this day you will not speak (or sign, if you know sign language) a single word. You will be reflecting the whole day. The purpose of this is to still your mind of all the chatter and bring your mind and spirit into the present. I would recommend that you do this either on your first or last day, to get the most benefit.
  • Optional ~ meditate for 10 to 15 minutes, 2 or 3 times each week.
  • Optional ~ Chakra Healing or Theta Healing: If you have a local Holistic Therapist who specialises in one of these modalites then it may greatly increase the benefits you gain from this detox if you have a session or two with such a specialist healer.
  • Connect with Mother Nature in some way, at least once each week ~ That does not mean going round hugging trees. Things like, walking along a local river, canal or shoreline, gardening, etc.
  • Every morning (or evening, if you prefer) ~ Right down 3 things that you are grateful for, why you are grateful for them and what they each, respectively mean to you. 1 thing must be to do with your body/health, 1 thing must be to do with your friendships/relationships/family and one thing must be to do with your spirituality/higher self.

Cleanse your body and soul.** Body ~ There is a certain amount of flexibility in part of the process, depending on what your dietary needs are. The purpose is really to give your body a break from all the things you may have over indulged in during the holiday season, or indeed during the past 12 months!

  • Abstain from the following: Caffeine, Alchohol, Tobacco (includes avoiding areas where you could be passive smoking), Artificial Sweetners (including Saccharin, Aspartame, Acesulfame K, Canderel).
  • Additional OPTIONAL foods to abstain from ~ Dairy, Wheat, Meat, Refined Sugar.
  • Drink plenty of water every day. Ideally 1 pint first thing in the morning and 1 pint last thing at night, plus whatever you can manage during the day.
  • 15 ~ 20 minutes of aerobic or cardio exercise every day ~ may include walking, fast-walking, jogging, swimming, cyclying or anything that raise your pulse. Don’t forget to warm up AND warm down!

Have You Got What It Takes?

If you’re still reading this far, then congratulations! Now, are you up for the challenge? It’s a fact that at least 90% of people will not even bother to take the challenge. And of those that do only about 1 to 5% will actually succeed in completing the process.

There are some things you can do, however, that will greatly improve your chances of success and enhance the benefits you gain.

Get Some Support

Detoxing togetherThe greatest way to succeed is to get an “accountability partner” ~ someone to support you along the way, to whom you will choose to become accountable to and who will pull you up when you are “flagging” at the seams & thinking of quitting.

That’s why I’ve set this challenge up as an event on Facebook, to build a community who can support each other. So if you’re up to the challenge, then please join the event.

I am also here to support you and will gladly volunteer to be your accountability partner if you wish me to be so. Just connect with me, by private messaging me, Skyping me or drop me a phone call (+44 7976 370694).

To Your Success!
Jae Alexander :)
